Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You, the buyer, are responsible for paying return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- In-Transit Damages: Please note that any damages occurring during return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to issue a refund for items that arrive damaged due to shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days, depending on your payment providerâs policies.
